Meet Rami

Hello! I’m Rami Abu-Sitta, a writer, ceremonial teacher, and creative mentor. I believe real transformation comes when we marry spiritual growth with tangible acts of creation. My own journey began during years of chronic illness, when a sudden spiritual awakening introduced me to ancestral wisdom and energy practices that helped me heal and reignite my passion.

Today, I guide creatives (I believe everyone is an artist) in dismantling emotional blocks, designing daily rituals, and boldly sharing their gifts.

I currently live in Western New York with my wife, daughter, and dogs, and enjoy writing, meditation, music, and riding my bike.

My Background

I’m a multidisciplinary teacher and creative guide dedicated to uniting ancestral wisdom with modern psychology, helping people heal deeply and express themselves fully. Over the past decade, I’ve integrated earth-based practices, transformative mind-body techniques, and artistic exploration to empower others—and myself—on the path to authentic living.

  • Formal Training with The Four Winds Society
Studied advanced energy medicine techniques rooted in Andean cosmology, blending practical healing skills with ancient spiritual insights.

  • Initiations from Q’ero Earthkeepers
Received traditional rites in the High Andes of Peru, weaving indigenous ceremonial practices into a modern framework for personal transformation.

  • Founded The School of Shamanic Artistry
Created an intensive master training and certification program in energy medicine, guiding students through experiential ceremonies, shadow work, and creative integration.

  • Over a Decade of Experience as a Shamanic Guide
Worked with more than 1,000 clients globally, holding space for deep inner work, consistent growth, and real-world application of spiritual principles.

  • Plant Medicine Facilitation
Led and co-facilitated sacred ceremonies that harness the power of natural medicines, ensuring participants cultivate self-awareness, healing, and lasting inspiration.

  • Integration of Jungian Psychology & Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Incorporated modern depth-psychology frameworks, shadow integration, and parts work to help individuals address hidden fears, limiting beliefs, and core wounds.

  • Personal Healing Journey
Overcame a severe chronic health crisis through a blend of holistic nutrition, mind-body techniques, and ancestral practices—a lived testament to the power of these methods.

  • Media Appearances & Guest Facilitation
Hired as a special guest facilitator on the VH1 show Basketball Wives, alongside multiple other international television features on ancestral healing modalities. Also interviewed on numerous podcasts, including Liberate Hollywood and Drop into the Härt with Joe Hawley.

  • Sought-After Retreats & Healing Festivals
Created and hosted transformational retreats in Baja Mexico, Southern California, Oregon, and Texas, including the annual Hide and Go Seek Yourself—a three-day healing festival in Austin, TX—bringing together community, ceremony, and deep personal exploration.

From guiding transformational ceremonies to teaching practical steps for daily life, my work aims to blend the sacred and the ordinary—proving that deep healing and genuine creativity can reshape our experiences from the inside out.
