• Arrive in Cusco and descend directly into the Sacred Valley. Settle into Pisac, acclimate, and begin orienting to the land.

  • Opening despacho, energetic clearing, and first Karpay initiation. Time at the Pisac ceremonial site and shared meal.

  • Ceremonial day in relationship with the Apus, including further initiation work and time on the land.

  • Travel to Ollantaytambo. Ground, rest, and prepare for the Machu Picchu pilgrimage.

  • Full day journey to Machu Picchu, approached in reverence and guided by Don Eduardo.

  • Travel into the high Andes. Camp is established. First mountain ceremonies begin.

  • High mountain practices including transmission work, fire ceremony, and deepening into the process.

  • Return from Ausangate. Rest, integration, and reentry.

  • Final ceremony at Apu Pachatusan, followed by a closing dinner at Don Eduardo’s home.

  • Airport transfers and return travel.

Meet Don Eduardo

Don Eduardo Chura Apaza was born in the Q’ero Village High in the Andes of Peru. He is the descendent of a great lineage of Earthkeepers, medicine men and women once thought to have vanished after the time of the Conquest.

After carefully guarding their knowledge for hundreds of years, in 1950, these high-shamans, Eduardo’s ancestors, came out of seclusion and began sharing their ancient wisdom-teachings, in order to help humanity endure the difficult changes they knew were coming, and give birth to a better world.

Don Eduardo is an heir, teacher, Shaman, and Paq’o with more than 20 years of expertise cultivating his practice of Andean ancestral medicine. He performs initiations, ceremonies and healings with the intention of spreading the sacred teachings of his father Don Francisco Chura Flores, known internationally as an Andean priest or great Paq’o (Pampamisayoq).
