Refund/Cancellation Policy

The $600 deposit is non-refundable. In the event of extraneous reasons leading to trip cancellation, you will be refunded minus the costs of fees and deposits paid to hotels or other vendors.

If you are unable to attend and let us know on or before June 6, 2024, you will receive a refund of any payments made outside of the initial $600 deposit which is non-refundable.

Booking Your International & Domestic Flights

International flights will need to fly in and out of Lima, Peru. From there, you'll want to take a LATAM Flight to Cusco. If you're not planning to arrive in Peru early to spend time before the retreat, what we recommend is arriving in Lima the day before our group journey begins.
